Visited another outfit today after work, jury out on any progress from this place..still need to give 'em time to follow through obviously. You really got my attention.
I bought a 30' Camper Trailer for my land down on the Arkansas River near Salida. Enjoyed the heck out of it for years. Had all the usual maintenance problems. Sealed the roof down to securing the bottom from mice, with all in-between. Sold it with the land. The new owner put it along Highway 50 with a "For Sale" sign and sold it within a few days. He screwed up the Title, so I had to get a duplicate, sign it, and send it to the new owner. I included my winterization notes, diagrams, and history. The new owner was very pleased and sent me a "Thank you" check that bought a nice dinner out.
