I put some recently purchased bullets into containers then decided it was cold in the garage and went and snuggled with the wife.

Cleaned, deprimed, resized, and sorted about 500 pieces of .223/5.56 brass. All told, there were 17 different headstamps on the ~500 pieces.
Prepped 600 pieces of 308 and loaded up 1000 9mm
Added the backsplash and painted it FDE:

Too damn cold in the garage to do much.

Looks good J! I think I have a reloading room somewhere in my house... Might find it this winter and actually load something!
I hazed myself.
I went back to my roots by putting a pull-up bar on the door frame to my reloading/gun room. Just like the Basic Airborne Course, everyone has to do 10 pull-ups to enter and 10 pull-ups to leave. Mrs. Belly is less impressed. She just stands there with 'the look' on her face. I'm not even kidding, though. 10 reps.... Knock 'em out.
Oh, and I loaded 10 rounds for the .243. That stupid gun LOVES 40.6 of IMR 7828 pushing an AMAX weighing at 105 gr.
why 10 rounds only? Because if I have to shoot more than once at a deer, it deserves to live. A buddy and I are getting back out there and filling the tags (and the freezer).
Went downstairs to look at the box my LNL AP is in. I can't open it until Dec 25.
Did some modifying on my Dillon Super swage 600.

Primed 500 9mm cases
Built an el cheapo bullet feeder for a progressive using a Hornady bullet feeder die, some clear rigid plastic tubing and hitch pins. The thing looks like it'll actually work. Total cost, $27.50 for 9mm and $28 something for .40S&W
Added a clamp light for more visibility. I decided that seeing what I was doing would help load ammo more gooder.
As soon as the other half lets me open the press, I will.....
I broke a 650 XL.. Right as I am actually home for 3 weeks and able to get some stuff going.. Blah.

Spent some time loading some 300 Blackout.
200 rounds of .223 zmax.
10 rounds of .38spl as well.
Why only ten? Because I have no clue how to reload handgun ammo!!!!
Sent from my teepee using smoke signals.
Fixed 200 rnds of 300BLK ammo some dumbass manufacturer couldn't size correctly. Pull, lube , re-size, re-assemble. Ammo wasn't mine, but now half of it is. Won't mention the maker, but their company is named after a point on the compass.
GRRRRRRRR.
[Mad]
I weighed each charge. I should be good.

Swaged 3lbs of 5.56 on a Dillon 600. Uggh.. Why didn't I get a 1050..
Had a great day at the range yesterday with the M14... tumbling now, will be rolling some more M80ish .308 this afternoon.
spent time with 2 other board members sorting 223 by head stamp. ALL 60+ lbs of it.
The ones helping had to be convinced, i doubt your kindness would have gone unanswered. Both parties said process, load , shoot. Myself being kind of Anal went against the grain. Besides i was informed the 223 was mostly if not all LC. Sadly it's not, shit load of FC.
I cast about 150 45 boolits and about 75 30 boolits, then lubed them. Pretty good for me as I was breaking in the molds. I need to get me some more lead!
Cleaned some 45 brass and decided its time to get a media separator. Cleaned my pistols. All in all, it was fun!
I'm happy to report that I've finally started to use the Dillon 650 I bought back in June. Never being a big fan of doing anything in moderation, I've deprimed and resized 2100 pieces of .223 brass in the last 2 days.
Depending on how the Christmas festivities go later today, I'm hoping to fire up the case trimmer and bring 'em all down to size. I spent about 45 minutes fiddling with the adjustment screw on my Giraud trimmer this evening chasing down the last .005" accuracy. Should have looked at the acceptable tolerance before I wasted all that time. Woops. In a test batch of 20, I'm seeing between 1.748 and 1.752. Searching around, it seems like the allowable tolerance is between 1.74 and 1.76. My worst ones weren't that far off.
This reloading stuff is addictive. Those of you who've met me in person know the I'm a "clean your plate" kinda guy. It's tough to walk away from it and go to bed when I could always do just one more batch...
Once the .223 brass is prepped, I'm planning to put it away until I first gain a little experience doing some 9mm. I just picked up a new XDm 5.25 in 9mm today and I can't wait to go try it out. Santa was good to me this year!

I worked up my first .45ACP loads over the last few days.
Sent from a device smart enough to send a man to the moon if the battery could last the trip.
Haven't been to the Reloading Room today, but Santa did bring a set of Lee 9mm Dies!
get to it cowboy. I have a dedicated 650 for 9mm if you're in the neighborhood.
For adjusting the Giraud, pick up one of the hornady lock rings. If you don't have a spare dillon lock ring / nut.

Unfortunately I loaded about 3,500 rounds of 9x19 with Extreme 147 gn plated bullets tonight. I only have 1,500 left to load tomorrow night.
I ordered 5,000 of the .357 version of this bullet for my 4 inch Smith 686 back in Sept. And then they sent me the .355 bullet.
Rather than go through the ass-pain of returning them, I figure they will make decent machine gun blasting ammo.
If they screw up the re-order, they will have to eat the return shipping.
Processed 1300 .223 on Jim's 1050.
Sizin' boolits on the Star.
Prepped and primed 3500 223 for the coming season, started on 2000 308 case prep. Will be done with the 308 by the new year and then the loading starts.
Bought 6,000 pcs of once fired 45 GAP for a song from a buddy in Florida. Its in good shape, but tarnished from getting wet.
So now to make it pretty again I am going to end up tumbling it all in stainless media. 700 pcs done today. 5,300 to go. Joy.
Finally found my reloading room & loaded up some .45acp with Nosler 185gr JHP competition bullets with 231 powder.

Made about a thousand 300 Whisper/Blackout and kept plugging along with cleaning up my 45 GAP brass.
