I didn't experience this but I read some say that they did so I think it's fairly common. Just be sure you're drinking plenty of water. Might want to try upping that to make sure you avoid dehydration as that could trigger light headedness and all sort of fun shit. I haven't experienced dizziness but I did have a couple of bouts of shortness of breath. Seems this affects everyone differently. I was even reading some interesting stuff about how the fat cells have tiny layers and each layer was from things you've put in your body. For those who did drugs they even reported similar effects that they had when doing the drugs and people report food cravings in reverse order from when they gorged on them and stuff like that. Or those that had colds or other sickness had similar minor symptoms while juice fasting and their body was melting the layers away. Kind of interesting and for me it was like that when I first started. That day I was craving what I ate the day before and then the day before that and then the weeks prior to that. I just chalked it up to memories but I was reading stuff like that and thought it was interesting.
I may try fruit in the morning. Wife brought home a leftover fruit tray thing from work that has a bunch of melon, pineapple and grapes. I'm sure my morning constitutional will be interesting from the Mean Green. Trying to drink lots of water, but I've never been a very good water drinker. I'm sure if I concentrate on drinking water it'll help.
Wife also told me that two of her girlfriends did some kind of juice diet, and at least one of them has some kind of high-dollar juicer gathering dust. Wife didn't know many details, but I guess the girls liked it. She said Allison's husband had a rough time of it for some reason and bailed. But now I have someone to talk to about this, and maybe a lead on borrowing a quality machine. The Jack Lalanne machine works but didn't impress me a lot. Might do a lot better with fruit.
Those are processed vitamins, same as in a Centrum. You juice up some fresh kale and you'll be getting much higher quality vitamins which your body can absorb and use quicker and easier. Your body rejects a lot of the processed vitamins and pisses them right out, which is why people get neon yellow piss after taking them.
It's normal if you're dehydrated or hypoglycemic, and if that juice fast is giving you the squirts you might be both.
Drink a couple quarts of unflavored Pedialyte to balance your electrolyte levels, and drink a full cup of raw honey to boost your blood sugar. Honey breaks down slowly and doesn't give you the spike and crash from beet or cane sugar.
I imagine liquid protein drinks defeat the purpose since they provide energy to your body instead of drawing from your fat?
I had a terrible dream last night. I was at a birthday party and ruined my fast by unconsciously throwing a handful of Chex mix in my mouth and chewing away.

Yesterday was a good day. Still haven't changed up my juice although I did throw a serrano pepper in today. We'll see how that goes.
