The psyc for the movie shooter NEVER followed up with LE regarding the status of her patient. In cases of public safety to one self or the general public the Physician is covered regarding client privilege. After all, if one of us were to tell a Dr. I XXX society, the swat team would be at our house before we got home from the doc's.
