Couldn't rest today, had to move more stuff to storage and then drop more stuff off at goodwill....and then do the grocery store thing.
That want/need thing again.

Very last minute but I need to build a couple of sbr friendly rifle racks. Just found out yesterday that there is a need for them.
I made one for Pueblo West sportsman's club & folks like it.
Anyone have 2-4 extra 12' commercial trex boards, preferably grooved edge left over from a project?
Or a bunch 3' ends laying around? Need 14 of those total.
Before I buy new @ the wholesaler...

Yep. That storm was even noisier than the last. Bitty hail mixed in with big rain here.

How was the weather while I was gone? I heard there was some hail and tornadoes.
& the latest hail storm was pretty good (2nd this eve)... the sound of it pounding down on everything a full minute before it arrived woke me up.
Then I went outside to fetch the avocado tree & fell down the stairs.

On Kauai, avocado trees just grew in the yard year round. Miss that.
I did not have the newly planted vegetable garden covered.
There's still a couple of torn up leaves left on some mostly naked stems.
Fooie.

Still have piles in the yard and most of the leaves are little shredded bits now.
We only planted about 12 flowering plants over the week-end and they are no longer.
Looks like mostly pea size, no damage on the car that doesn't get to live in the garage, and have the higher priced hail resistant roof, so maybe escaped the process of filing claims, etc.
Yeah, pea sized generally doesn't damage much.
Well, here it is 11:30 am on Tuesday and another hail storm.
Tries one's patience, but Mother Nature has her own rules.
The piles from last night did not get a chance to melt.
