Last week for contractors being in my house due to my full kitchen and main level renovation. I’m the GC and I’m amazed at how much extra work I needed to perform after the Sub’s were “done” with their part. I learned a lot and will probably do all the work myself in the future.
You just learned why GC's get paid overheard and profit.
Anyone else watching the Women's World Cup? USA plays tomorrow. The favorites have looked strong so far. Except maybe Germany...
