In other news... my anniversary is @ the end of the week.
My husband thought it'd be fun to take the week off & stay home.
SURPRISE Sweetie!
Wait . . . you did what?
Today's secret word is: Folly
Like peewee's playhouse
We've a new member. His sn is Dadbod.
He must still be awaiting approval of some sort as his profile isn't up yet.
We get a ton of new members that sign up, but then aren't really active.
The other day I mentioned Roguetater.
Turns out that was someone trying to figure out how to contact admin about their existing account of another name.
Too bad. I liked it.
Silly happy beast
Driveshafts get measured tomorrow, finally.
Just heard tonight for the first time....about a prairie dog suck machine 5000.
I laughed my ass off, and the hilarity continued when I heard the play by play and saw a related video.
Funny shit.
Night people
Oy laddies tuesday has rolled around, and around.
I'm going to shoot a 300 winmag in a few days.
I enjoy firsts. Looking forward to it.

Anyone have an atlas (or other) bipod & quick release mount I could borrow for the week? Please.Thanks.
I've only ever needed a bipod once before & just haven't made the investment. Not something I can afford right now & Id like to shoot the Bailey match this weekend. Be nice to get a little range time with it beforehand, hence the duration of the favor.
Won't happen if I don't ask.
Shoulder hurts from shooting muzzleloader all day.
Wuss.
Turns out I'm similarly accurate on a steel plate at 100 yards with a Glock in 9mm as I am with my muzzleloader, which means I probably suck with my muzzleloader.
Also confirmed 1,400 yards at my shooting spot. Too bad I have neither the rifle, nor the skill set to utilize that at this time.
King is getting ready to build my shocks.
Found out today they've been overloaded of late getting lots of shocks built for folks racing the baja 400/1000 happening soon.
Ah, the joys of aging. I had the privilege of pooping into a box today (ColoGuard, a less terrible alternative than a colonoscopy). I found more joy than expected in having eaten corn last night.
And it turns out we're going to cv the front shaft as well, but now another custom yoke needs made for the t case again.
We debated it for a short bit, but there is a higher likelihood of smoother front shaft operation if we do so.
I shot my AR over 300 yards today too. Another first. I've been into guns for about 15 years now. Pathetic.
Yes, but it took me a while to figure out where to hold, even though "where to hold" was exactly where the scope told me to hold. So not as many hits as I would like, but was for sure satisfying.
There is no question that I'm better with a pistol than a rifle. That said, I always figured people were trying to sound macho about hitting stuff at 100 yards with a pistol, but it turns out it's not all that difficult. There was little to no hold over. I found that surprising.
What are you running in the muzzleloader?
245gr .50 Cal hollow point over 100gr of fffg powder.
it's hump dayyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Ho day
