Not really snowing in COS either
We've been getting these huge goose down like flakes down here. It's been heavy for the past hour, but the temps aren't very low. Melting on pavement and sticking on everything else.

Rain just turned to snow in Fremont Cty
rain finally stopped down here. The 275 gal tote by the shop was overflowing.
Snow above 5500' suns making an attempt to illuminate the ground.
On a different note. I can't believe people have the nerve to ask $350 for a glock at their garage sale.
ballsy, that's fer sure
There was a table full of hand guns and long guns this morning. He had a model 36 2" smith for $600, but...open to offers.
Thought i got a decent deal on 250 rds of 147gr fmj 308 for $100. New, not reman .
2 ammo cans of factory 10mm pd ammo, but not having a 10mm walked past it.
Zamboni driver for the Toronto Marlies and emergency backup goalie David Ayres makes his NHL debut at 42 years of age, stopping 8 of 10 shots to give the Carolina Hurricanes a 6-3 win, all while stealing the show in Toronto.

I read that as well. I never knew there was such a thing as an"emergency goalie" that was available for both teams. I figured the team would have to suit up a player that had experience playing goalie in high school before moving to another position or something.
I was also thinking that playing goalie is tough on the knees and 42 was a bit seasoned for that.
Maybe. How about this guy?

Woof.
Just had some dry needling done on my shoulder. Slightly different experience than I was expecting. I had heard hurts during, feels better after. I was thinking immediately after, like a massage. It actually hurts much more immediately after. The pain crescendos into a unique symphony of ALL your sore areas at once, at a level above the initial injury. I suspect it will feel a lot better in a few hours though.
I hope it works for you. Didn't really do anything for me.
Already feels way better. Just normal dull pain of general muscle soreness at this point.
Similar, but deeper. Basically jab a needle right into the muscle. The way I understood it is that you are 1) loosening up the tightness of miracles that are healing, and 2) aggravating the muscles to promote more healing. Hardly even notice it now.
The needling may also be accompanied with electric stimulation.
On another note, I got that Trooper running. Not the one I posted about before. After I figured out the engine needs rebuilt on that one, I went and bought another non-running Trooper and got that one running. I currently own six vehicles. My Amigo and the black minivan are on Craigslist now. Probably just dump that other Trooper as well.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look as good in person. The top can be taken off, but it's not like a Jeep where it's meant to be taken off easily. Also, you have at least twice as many kids as I do and I can tell you it'd be too small.
Bow, bow da bow bow, ba bow, ba bow......Godzirra, zirra, zirra, zirra.
My neighbor has that gen 4Runner on 37's. Whatever year they last still had a solid axle in front from factory. He invited me to Moab last year and with the roof off that thing is a blast.
Monsterphobes.

Wow !,
Looks like you have this section of the forum all to yourself today...... Cue wind noise and tumbleweed rolling across the screen...

Just coming up for air. Busy looking for work, getting some of the energy out of the pupper, and getting a NAS ready to send to my folks. That wind chill was something today.
Oh, look. Time to do dishes and get dinner ready.
Been driving back and forth to Cheyenne in this wind. The trip up is rough on the company truck. Like twenty plus miles in fourth gear at 4K rpm pulling down maybe 10mpg. At least the tail wind pretty much pushes me home and I barely have to touch the gas.
Yep,
Brutal wind on C-470 near I-70 yesterday morning, caught a cross gust that was blowing so hard it ripped the strobe light bar off the work truck.
TKD update:
I decide to still enroll her to do TKD. My kid likes it. I've talked with instructors, and they are now doing personal 1 on 1 (more of 2 master on 1 student) lesson whenever we arrive 30mins or earlier. Very happy with that.
Noteworthy point...
If it's been a while since you haven't reached out to that old friend, family member, etc..etc.....just effin do it. Even if it starts out awkward, you'll soon remember why you were friends in the first place, or that distant family member will share the same experience with you. Being nice to total strangers is cool, but don't forget about the ones that you might be taking for granted.
Good news to hear, Mr P.
I actually messed with one of my guitars the last morning...unplugged just messing around. Felt good, but I really miss playing pool on a 9' table.
I'm gonna fix that, dammit.
