Heya Man,
Lots of conservative folks here and I'm out in the sticks kinda. Really quiet here and lots of nice views of the circle of mountain ranges around us.
Had some good rain today, that was pretty cool.
Need some here. Got a decent storm a week ago but still way behind this year.
A cow moose foraged through the yard last evening. She's a regular. Today with warm, dry weather I Rug Doctored the carpets. Also set up some traps for the newly arrived Rufous and Calliope hummingbirds. A friend is coming over to help band hummers and dippers. Mrs. Hummer made some potato salad and I'll smoke a pork tenderloin on the Smokey Mountain Smoker. Summer time is short and precious.
Summer time is precious...because winter time blows ass. We've been a little warmer than usual recent but should return to normal highs soon....typically not any higher than Denver summer highs.
Rare to get over 100 here, but PHX is gonna be melting with many areas down there near 120 tomorrow.
Rain two days in a row....woo hoo!!
Got a few new sling shots lately, perhaps another. Good thing I have a lot of rocks already.
Warriors is on...been a long time since I've seen that show.
Yeah,..I dunno how those folks deal with that kind of heat every summer. 120?....I don't think so.
100 is bad enough for me, been that warm the last couple days but it's going back down through the week to low 90's. No rain today but maybe mother nature can get that monsoon pipeline hooked up, we need it for sure.
I wonder how Hurley is doing down there by the border, good I hope.
Doing good down here brother, feel like I'm starting to acclimate. Was 111 here the other day, and while I wouldn't want to work the manual labor field in the desert, it was bearable just going to and fro. Mornings and evenings are downright pleasant most of the time, and I haven't slept this well in years taking in all the extra vitamin D during the day.

Hoverines.
Shootin long range at elevation(+10,000) is cool.
Wind seemed to have greater effect on projectiles than at prairie elevations.
Seems logical due to thinner air.
Mrs bo shot extremely well for her first time over 200yds.
Lots of solid hits at 620 and on paper at 800.
She was spot on calling wind at distance thru a cheap spotting scope.
You gotta man up , it's NAZ in the summer. Next thing we know, you'l be saying . IT'S TOO COLD. [panic] At least you got some rain down there.
I cool off by getting some trigger time at the range. Then some load development, in the reloading room, with ac ;)
Had to take the dogger to the vet twice in one week, getting a little frustrated with those bills.
She ate a bee the first time, and had an unfortunate reaction which caused both visits we think. She's on the mend though and getting back to normal rambunctiousness.
You gotta man up.
I'm no pussy, but you have set a standard for Man card that some cannot achieve. I do what I can, Sir.
Hey, Siefkin is on now.
No lie....we love her dearly.
Yeah,...high pressure. lolhttps://youtu.be/nyC8TGi1DPA
If it's just rain, is it called pee-sized hail?
