Well...g'mornin' to you too.
Good morning GK.
Still kicking the beater idea around/tractor. In the meantime though, I have acquired a nine foot pool table that I have previously mentioned that I would yet again be the proud owner of. It will be delivered and installed by the end of the week. It is a Connelly and it was a tournament table played on by some high end pros, but that won't mean much to most anyone....it's just cool to know about. Well, cool to me anyways.
That shit aside, it's a really nice oak table and I've been missing the play in my life for about three years now......I really look forward to getting back to some serious play again.
One day scorpion kill count: 20 1/2.
Whats the half? Perfectly cutoff tail on the first shovel hit and perfectly cut off the pincers on the second by chance. I left him running away so he could tell the other scorpions all the way in Persia what happened here.
I need to wear UV filtering glasses next time though.
It is interesting to me that a tarantula can take the equivalent of a 30 story fall, recover for a few minutes, and move on like nothing happened. It also makes me wonder how the species survives if they're falling off of shit all the time.
I mean, a second or third 30 story fall in one night would really be too much to overcome I would think.
I haven't seen any scorpions for a while, and that's okay.
4 used / like new kenda tires & wheels for the golf cart $100. Damn sidewalls still have their nibs , even have spiffy hubcaps. Think i'll mexichrome them.

all night long, with the lowrider
I love my cart, been using the hell out of it.
Ugh. I can?t watch British people talking about custom motorcycles because ?aluminium? just makes me cringe.
I fall asleep to British ww2 documentaries within like 20 min, its better than melatonin to me
I used to watch British Parliment stuff on cspan back when Blair was running the show. To me is was pretty entertaining, and Blair had his shit together.
I spent the afternoon and evening trying to install things in the man-cave to get it more man cavey. Hanging pictures and getting them all straight and moving shit around. Lost all the cables for the TV so had to reorder some stuff....might need a booster to get the wifi receiving well so I can watch shows out there. Bose radio stuff is thumpin' pretty good and it's starting to look pretty cool out there.
Not a man cave unless u got a little toaster oven to make pizza rolls with...
I tried pizza rolls. Once.
I'm having some otter problems at my house.
You know the joke about dads keeping cables and adapters way after the hardware is gone? Yeah one of those cables just saved me $10.
Who?s laughing now!

Well, that's quite the reference! Not exactly though. Just transferring this otter from mock-up stage to welded and flattened stage.

Hehehe
That's cool Irving
Some people have too much free time on their hands.
And, I?m disappointed because I was expecting these otters.

Grape otter was the bomb.
But mom usually bought the generic version.
Ok. It?s been like three hours. Did you finish that otter yet?
Not yet.
Youre a not yetter
Oh the Huge Manatee, lost internet at the house. Known outage, and won’t be fixed until around midnight.
I know, first world problems..........
Nice otter there Irving, don’t try to get too detailed, less is more.
Yes Ray, life sucks when you are Mil. Dependents, but those store brands tasted just fine on a hot summer day.
Howdy CN.
I came to the same conclusion regarding detail. On paper whiskers and an ear look better, but crossing lines when you're just working with line in the first place and things get messy. He's drying his primer coat now. I added an eye and it makes him look high. I can't tell if his arms look muscular, or fat.

I think the smile makes him look high more than his eye. Looks much different in the mock-up.
...or maybe it's a combination of the two?
The smile was way easier with a sharpie than in real life. You'll see what I mean with the eyes when I post another picture tom
Edit: You're right about a combo of the smile and eye though. Without a pupil he didn't look high, but I don't have a picture of that.
Next are the reloader covers. Well, when I get a second; selling an ATM tomorrow, then cleaning rental house.
Sure wish I could sleep..... I have a feeling its going to be a long day. Oh well atleast I'm getting a lot.of brass prepped I guess.
