50' is disappointing, but sounds about right. I was hoping with no blocking structures and a little elevation I could get to 100 yards, but that sounds like a no go.

Nice. The toy I want is significantly cheaper. Just can?t find one in stock anywhere right now.

My wife just told me she doesn?t know what a ball gag is.
Should I just have her google it?
Field trip
I recently went to purchase one below market price. Good thing is that is is close to my house, and bought it at PRE crazy price new. I could not justify getting an SIG P320 X-Five Legion over regular P320 X-full with magwell etc. X5 was nominally better, and I can put the infused weight inside the frame slot. I am not shopping for Xcarry complete slide to make the gun full time. (carry and range toy).
I saved some $ by going with this option. My original plan was to get Walther Q5 Steel Frame. Second choice was X5.
I got offered 500 for an sks and 1400 for a pre ban A1. Really tempted.
If the price is right, I would sell.
I sold about ~9 firearm on year 2020. I am very happy with it. Those mid-end and higher end firearm price did not move. Finally bought pistols I wanted to get. Currently I am now finally making up some carry pistol I've sold.
.There are still very few good deals out there.
PSA increased a lot of their prices by 15% on a lot of items this morning. Noticed when they "out of stocked" my in cart items... while they re-appeared in their store at a much higher price. Oh well. I'm not calling them out on it just letting people know inflation is hitting post Georgia.
Alex, I'll take "getting boned" for $500.
You?re a decent looking guy. I bet we can get you boned for less than $500.
Alex, I'll take "getting boned" for $250.
Ha. Where?s that damn like button when I need it?
I hope everyone has a good weekend.
There?s such a thing as a bad weekend?
Do you mean bad like, naughty?
Well I got to work on Sunday and it?s 56miles one way, so you tell me.
That sounds way grumpier than intended. Not really to ticked off about it. New job new responsibilities etc.
On a happy note I will learn powered paragliding this year. Need the weather to warm up a bit and then I will sign up for classes. Can?t wait.
There were three folks truckin' around in powered parachute gizmos the other day. I wouldn't trust that shit to keep me from dying even though it might be fun as hell.
I'm there with you. I would've done it in the young and dumber days though. If I had one I'd have to name it Karma Murphy. I definitely wouldn't call it something like "lucky".
The "king of random" on youtube was killed within the last year and a half in Utah on some kind of light flight. Hang glider possibly.
I'm beginning to get tired of realizing that I used to do something better when I was younger. Kinda starting to piss me off a little bit.
I want a better box and cart, dammit.
Ah, the old box and cart. I don?t think there?s a man out there that wouldn?t mind an upgrade.
Actually, I think all of us could probably build a pretty badass tri-level box hut. Peaked roofs water proofed, cardboard 2x4 double walled insulated, fire resistant living room and some upgrade privy action using buckets and milk crates with some pvc or sheet metal drainage system.
Sounds like a fun project.
One year at band camp (work's nerd camp) our team building exercise was to build a cardboard boat using project limited resources (pretend money) that would be used to compete against the other teams.
We built the best damn boat there ever was (under my sage architectural design and supervision) but were cheated out of the win by a bunch of left wing socialist cheaters. I think they were assigned to an AWS team.
Giggle snort
Good grief!
