The last guy like that is still a reserve. He was talking to one of the female deputies and did this...

While pointing at himself and moving his hands up and down he said, "Of course I work out..."

Later that night in the weight room he was doing a little leg press.... I asked him if I could jump in with him. He said, "Only if you can keep up." He stopped at 500lbs... I stopped at 1,100lbs...
