Perhaps try learning a musical instrument...guitar will challenge you sufficiently. If you're not musically inclined, I might suggest billiards instead. Either one of them possess incredible amounts of extremely fine adjustments to achieve a certain goal.
Of course, there are lots of other things out there equally difficult to begin to not suck at.
