I do not agree. I'll take a stoner over a drunk any day, and I would rather interact with a stoned person over a drunk person in just about any situation.

I've known some highly educated people with very good jobs that smoke pot and they were conservatives. Open your mind up a little and you may realize you have bought into the government anti marijuana propaganda from the last 50+ years.

Stoners are funnier to interact with when they are under the influence, drunks are just idiots.

If the GOP doesn't get on board with at least letting pot be an individual choice, they are going to lose a lot of moderate votes and have a hard time getting power back. A few other social issues are killing them too.

Colorado law; yes. Federal law; no.

When purchasing a firearm you are completing a FEDERAL ATF Form 4473 which specifically asks about illegal (based off of Federal, not CO law) drug use. As much as the pro-pot oljs wish (and claim) it isn't so, regarding firearm purchases, Fed law trumps.

Wearing the shirt with pot image on it for a firearm purchase would be as smart as wearing an anti-gov/militia shirt when having your CCW interview. Just not smart.

So what's worse?

Wearing a pot leaf shirt sober and buying a firearm, or being drunk and buying a firearm?
