i think it was all about the money, other fill in's save khow a boat load of cash in his time slot...Whether you liked peter or not, he did put his foot in the sand and drew a line. I appreciate that, since now everybody wants to be wishy washy on their positions...
Pete had some great guests, Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch, Pam Geller, authors, finance people, and many more. I'll miss that.
Pete railed alot on Bush, I got tired of it.
One of the strategies behind the Iraq war was to draw terrorists to Iraq and kill them in Iraq instead of having the terrorists come to the United States and murder American citizens. Thousands of jihadis took the bait, went to Iraq and died, that was a good thing. Pete never brought this up, I was disappointed that he didn't.

Why would they? Because they are not the brightest bulbs on the Christmas tree. And whether or not you believe it was an intentional strategy, it was widely discussed as a tactic, and in point of fact its what happened to a great extent. A lot of non-Iraqi extremists flocked to Iraq, instead of heading for the US or Europe. And died there.Quote:
