Trading Post / New Laws Rant(ish)

It's been nice to do things the Constitutional way and I thank you for all your hard work. For what's it's worth, when I lived in Ca, this new transfer requirement was SOP so, maybe, you could draw some input from the CalGuns site, http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/f...splay.php?f=92. They've had to do transfers through an FFL for many years and have a huge private party firearms marketplace. Thanks again for all you've done!

I'm right there with you J. I had a lengthy discussion with a group of friends this weekend about how we cannot trade or sell our personal property amongst ourselves anymore, and how that is the epitome of lost liberty, freedoms, and therefore, tyranny. Even the left leaning ones have started to recognize it a little bit at a time... thank you for your hard work and dedication to everyone here. We'd all be pretty bummed (to say the least) if this place was gone altogether.

You have to pick your battles and choosing that battle to stand on could have meant a lost war as far as the community and the organization it provides to fight these fights. I understand the weight of your decision and while I'm right there with you on not wanting to do it... it did have to be done so try not to beat yourself up too much as ultimately the right decision was made as difficult as it was. Thank you.

One question - it looks like all the feedback got deleted for everyone too -- is that staying that way or will that come back when the TP is re-opened?
