Well, assuming it blew the transmission right out of park and the parking brake wasn't on. And if it rolled over there first, then exploded to create that debris field around the truck in its current resting position. I think I'd still be sending this over to SIU for further investigation. If it is fraud, it sure is a lot better of a job than the ole ball peen hammer + hail claim trick.
True that .... I was just looking at overheads before .. but if you go to 377 Gainsborough Road Virgina Beach, and use street view you can see that is his drive way and you can set up the exact shot in the news clipping.. the drain next to the truck is between two cars in the streetview images. kinda cool .Quote:

A fire hose blasting through that would explain knocking off the loose stuff like the grill and the few pieces of plastic that look like they came out of the fire hose.
