Oh, I've got an accountant I pay a pretty decent amount to every year. I do the 'bookkeeping' part and he prepares the returns.

Well, that didn't last very fucking long. Door down again. This time it is the motor not working.

My tenants keep unscrewing the light bulbs in the hallway so it looks like a haunted house at night. Also $2,700 for gutters.
