You would be surprised Bob...the BIL had a friend from high school that he was pretty tight with, married to a gorgeous little blonde gal. He got popped on an interwebz kiddi sting when he showed up to meet what he thought was a 13 yo girl with the intent of bumping uglies with her.
Turned out the 13 yo was a Jeffco Sheriff decoy.
3 felony charges and she stayed with him.

WTF is going on with Aurora? I used to go to Sub Stop all the time when John Snorsky worked there because I work right around there. Find out he was that guy who tried to snatch that girl from her bedroom window for 'hugs'.

I have a customer that runs a sex offender monitoring service. His "clients" are as he says "non- rehabilitation capable individuals".
My first post in this thread nails it.
"Faulty Wiring"
These "people" have a mental illness that is untreatable. Sexual desire is one of the strongest psychological drives. Once a particular craving of that psyche is attained the desire to reach it again becomes all consuming, similar to addiction but far stronger.
There is no undoing it.
