I just remembered The Long Gray Line, classic movie about an NCO and his 50 years at West Point.

Not really a movie theatre type movie but apparently I am the only one choosing the TV
series "24". All the others mentioned above are excellent too!

I would like to nominate the Band of Brothers miniseries for being a little patriotic, but mostly for telling the stories of America's greatest generation. I feel awesome every time I watch any of the episodes.

It was put together very well. The pacific was a mess in miniseries comparison.
