I use the easy jig. It's the 'fancy stuff' version at $150. In my opinion, its the beat way to complete one without a mill.

The billet lowers are going for around $100, forged, you can get around $75 or so.

I've had a few 80% lowers for a over a year now that I need to finish, but I don't know where to finish them. I don't even have a drill press. [facepalm]
