Ordinarily I'd say that a good crawfish boil would require LOTS of crawfish ot make it worthwhile, but what he's saying about the size of those things, it sounds like a lobster (or "lobstah" as they say in Boston) bake is more in order!
Crawly-dadys, are best eaten when deep fried with a great batter mix........as for fishing Rampart at Nicholas was a great fishing spot yesterday morning, had my limit in a 1 hour and just keep throwing back the small ones Until I ended up with all of them over 12"
Just got back from fishing at the big ass pond at Austin bluffs and Nevada. Guy next to me caught a huge ass Tiger Muskie! I of course didnt' get shit, but there are fish in there. SOmeone's been throwing Koi in there too. I saw 3 or 4 really big ones swimming around under the docks.
we used to catch crawdads at Bear Creek Lake at the inlet, they were 6" to 8" long. then we'd take em to this bar and race em on the bar till the boil was ready to let em swim,,er cook in.
Just got back from some showings... it looks like such a great weather for walleye... anyone want to cast at chadfield or aurora reservoir?

Got one walleye over 24" and few stock big mouths that day.
Tonight I am going to Cherry Creek Res... by the marina.. great weather for walleye again!
Are Walleye any good eaten.....never had one and was kinda woundering what it was like.
