i can see it!! Really cool!
Stupid clouds in the way right as the main event started.
I'm getting some nice shots on a 400mm lens at f/5.6, ISO 400 at 10 sec exposure
Damn, I was ready to pull out my telescope and take some pictures, but it got cloudy about 5 minutes before it started here. :(
Please post them up when you get a chance! I hope you're using a tripod. Shorter exposure might give you a little sharper images, if there is enough light.Quote:

With my cheap a$$ camera I just get a blurry image.
Using a tripod, forgot to dig for cable release but doesn't seem to be hurting. 10 sec was fine but am playing with 8 sec now.
Moon has risen some more and the clouds moved out we can see it now.
Just stepped out back and took a peek. Pretty cool. Some clouds but they moved by right after I stepped outside.
Of course the clouds came back when I got my cell phone to take a picture.
