I've got an annoy-a-tron just collecting dust. Need to replace the battery.
Tell her she needs to get a job and pay rent.
Ask her how her day was? Give her a hug. Talk to her about the things that interest her. Be as loving and caring as you can possibly be.
She is a teenager, you already annoy her.
True story, many years ago I was at a friend's house with his M1 Garand field stripped on the living room table (I was showing him how to field strip it) when his 19 year old daughter walks in with the new boyfriend.
Huge whining commenced.
Now, to the boyfriend's credit, he immediately beelined for the Garand and asked me questions about it.
This thread is really "groovy".
Just be yourself, that should work fine. I found that walking my daughter up to the door of whomever she was visiting was really annoying to her.
