What you should be shaking your head at is the amount of people that disregard the officer (or any emergency vehicle) on the side of the road. Slow down and move over, lives depend on it (It's also the law).

People need to be more responsible for their own driving and take it seriously, driving is the most dangerous task you do on a daily basis.

You're assuming they're even paying attention. People know that texting and driving is dangerous....and something like 60% of them do it anyway.
