Most of what the mainstream media puts out is fake or has just enough truth in it to make the story seem legitimate.

I no longer trust the mainstream media, I haven't for a long time but their recent activities really illuminate who and what they are.

They are here to get $ and then go home and retire. Moving somewhere and starting a family, is not how one "makes money." There are a lot of ways to make money in the US, but having some kids and being a maid or something isn't one of them.

Which is why Mexico recently pledged $50,000,000 to help illegals stay over here. Mexicans sent over $69,000,000,000 back down to Mexico in 2016.

Growing up on the border and being bilingual i have known of many illegal aliens who started a family, (which was fully paid for by the U.S taxpayer) gotten WIC, Section 8 housing, free healthcare for their kids,EBT cards (which they can convert into cash in the barrio), free education, etc. This IS a way to make money in the US, for many it is 2nd and 3rd generations now "making" money this way.

Since you've got first hand experience, what would you estimate is the percentage of illegals who go after full blown benefits like that? I feel as though many people just believe that is what all illegals are doing. I've probably met some illegal aliens and didn't know about it, but don't know any currently. I do know poor immigrants that are here legally and don't even know how to get most of the things that you've listed, and have declined help from people suggesting those types of benefits just because they don't understand that they legally qualify, are too proud, think they'll get into trouble, or some combination. There are of course abusers of the system in all forms, but I have a feeling it might not be as rampant as people assume that it is.
