This happened close enough to where I live that it pooped up (couldn't resist) on my nextdoor.com feed a number of days before it went viral.

There was discussion, debate and finally censorship (the post was taken down by nextdoor.com*) due to it being reported as "offensive". A couple days later it's popping up on local, then national news.

If fabricated, there was a lot of effort put into it.

So who knows, but it just didn't start out with the "look and feel" of a hoax.

It is fake! I heard they actually use a drone to deposit the offending material. I blame Amazon for making those despicable machines so easily available. Damn perverts.

Only ten minutes? It took me twice that long to keep thinking up stuff that add to it.

Actually, glad you enjoyed it. Since seeing the story on the news I was busting at the seems (not unlike the subject of the article) to let out all of the poop jokes. I'm so immature sometimes...and never plan to change.
