Have you been on Broadway lately? It used to just be bad around Speer (river) but nearly all of it from downtown to I-25 is a skid row. The library isn't safe. The DAM is having issues with them. 24/7 "camping" in Civic Center. 16th St is a mess.Quote:

There is nothing being reported in SF that we haven't seen in Denver the last couple of years. That is the future for Denver.
