A computer rounding error in their favor of course.

Rolls Royce had a lifetime warranty at one time.
An acquaintance bought one in England, shipped it to Europe and had an axle break in Italy.
He called the dealer. A team flew over with a replacement and fixed it overnight.
When he asked a week later what he owed, the dealer simply said "Rolls Royce axles do not break."
