Used to own land in a rural county in Nebraska...you could tell which landowners had paid their taxes by the condition of the roads to their place. Once ALL adjoining landowners had paid their tax bill, road graders were there making roads smooth.

I dislike when people modify their trading post ads after the sale & remove relevant information &/or photos. Why?
