I have a Summit, from before Volquartsen bought the design from Primary Weapons Systems.
I would not classify it as a true Fortner action, since you don't return the bolt to battery with your thumb.
But it is a toggle action that's pretty cool!

Not only was i impressed with the overall fit and function of it. After his 25, then 50 yd sight in, he went to 100, with a slight wind. He was nailing it @ 100, consistently.
Told me he has a 22 can waiting approval, based how quiet my bolt action 22's are, suppressed. You'll probably only hear the firing pin on that rifle .
This rifle is on my bucket list of guns. Maybe for our anniversary i'll but the wife one.
