These are wonderful destinations to send our homeless dregs too on one way bus tickets. Instead of spending $34,000/year per homeless person like Denver does (on what???) we can take care of the problem here in Colorado for the low, low price of $300/each.

Return on investment (transportation cost) is good for future Oakland resident who qualifies.

I would think a Caucasian Oakland resident who meets the income requirements would have immediate standing for a racial discrimination lawsuit.

Private funding = whatever they want.
Public finance = crazy.
