Video quality is excellent.
IR Night vision is good out to 100+ feet.
It has a "star light" image sensor that works kinda OK under at least half moon light
and works pretty well if there is a street light in range.
You can turn the IR off if you don't want the camera visible to IR capable devices.
When it is connected to your WiFi you can view it from anywhere.
It will send notifications to your phone when it detects movement and you can set
time ranges to do motion detection in.
It records motion events to an SD card so you can view/copy them later.
You can remotely view/download the motion events and clear the SD card if there is nothing you want to save.
The PC based app does not have near the functionality of the phone app but it works decently to view a live feed.
I have two of these around the house we have under construction because of all the
construction site theft that is happening due to the insane price of materials.
One is mounted 15 feet up on a power pole on one corner of the lot the other on the back side of the house.
With the solar panels there are no batteries to change.
I will be adding a bunch of their POE cameras all around the house this fall.
