Which location of BBB did you file the complaint?

large e-commerce store or fulfillment center should have a guy who checks (and update) their inventory when item is low in stock (5 or under) to avoid these kinda mess.

I just opened a case on the BBB website, it took me to a MN local office automatically. No charge.

Are those 500 round cases? Assuming they’re not 1000rd cases, I’m not so sure I’d go through with that “deal”…. But I’m glad you’re holding them accountable and finding some kind of consolation.
