I wonder why are they including .50 BMG rifles and ALL .50 BMG rounds? Doubtful very few, if any, have been involved in any crimes or driveby’s.
This is Colorado; it will pass; it's a very hostile state. As far as proof of ownership, I'm going to setup lists with the SN of things I want documented and have them notarized. Three more years and I can leave this shit hole of a state.
I will not comply.
Since this is the "Mass Shooting Reduction Act", I would like to know what mass shooting was done with a 50bmg....lol What a load of BS!
It's all virtue signaling at its finest, propagated by Progressive Karens who grovel at the feet of the Mom's Who Need Some Action and similar ilk.
The responsible people who own 99.98% of these platforms are apparently immaterial to the bigots like Rap Sheet Rhonda and most of the urban delegation.
I wonder when SCOTUS is going to step up and put an end to this foolishness? Boiler plate cobbled together from a whole host of other documents to attempt to cover all ground. Barf[emoji2961]

I'd be happy to provide receipts for any and all guns i gifted, before leaving CO. As well as the collection i gifted, prior to my divorce ;)
SO...questions for everyone this directly impacts...
1. The serialized lower/s need to be transported in a locked case/box?
2. What about legally purchased items that were obtained from a private party before ffl transfer law with no paperwork requirement?
3. What about legally inherited/family transfers where no paperwork was required, and no idea of original purchase?
4. What about all of the non-serialized lowers that were created without restriction?
5. Does this create a "de-facto" registration scheme?
