Seems like the street price Might be about in the mid to high 700s. They have certain ruggedness to them akin to an old Mosin revolver. I?m not a fan of brass. Maybe they?ll come out with an X model.
My last S&W left a bad taste in my mouth for a new gun. Henry is a great company, they have great customer service and they go out of their way to support those that deserve it (Mil, LE etc?). I might pick one up in a few years. I don?t typically buy new first year guns. though I?m more of a Ruger revolver guy. You can?t beat the modularity of their revolvers in terms of disassembly.
