We've run this measure, but as an amendment to a bigger bill. Brophy tried it for us last year (2009), but it failed in committee.
Currently, the state of New Hampshire (through the hard work of our friends, the NHFirearms Coalition) is debating this issue, and has the right approach: they are putting a criminal penalty on any federal agent caught enforcing gun controls that are counter to the NH Firearms Freedom Act.
Not sure if it will pass, but I believe this gives the Act some teeth.
Won't talk about Medical Marijuana. Not my issue, and frankly, I've got lots of libertarian leanings, but not THAT libertarian.
