He is cutting spending to departments like Energy and Transportation.

I didn't watch, but I'm watching the highlights this morning on the news. I think my head is going to explode. He blames the minority in Congress for not passing anything, forgetting that he had a super-majority in the Senate and a large majority in the House. He claims that he is willing to listen to any idea, yet refuses to look at Republican ideas for health care. I could go on, but I'm afraid I'll throw up.

I didnt watch (I wanted to get something productive done) but what bits I have heard and seen it is the same old pitchman. It is like watching infomercials at 3 in the morning.
