I've used Zyrtec the last couple of years when I feel it starting.
Has really helped me, but ya know..YMMV.

Only problem w/ benadryl is it knocks me out. I'm pretty useless if I'm on that during the day. I tray OTC generic Clariton or prescription Allegra. Sometimes it helps...sometimes it doesn't. I'm gonna look into this local honey idea though, can't hurt.Quote:

Ill have to try that as well. I had allergies when I was very young but had "grown out of it" by the time I entered my teens. The last couple of years, particularly this year, have been rough on me. I'm constantly congested, have sinus headaches, my eyes feel like someone sprayed me with pepper spray bonded to sandpaper. I'm sneezing ridiculously too often. It could be worse - I could still live in the Midwest!
