I like HOT food. I tried a tiny bit of some Ghost once. That hurt. My brother makes his chile with scotch bonnets. He has to make 2 pots. ! pot for him with a ton of them in it (stuff peels paint)[Help] and 1 for the rest of us with just a small amount in it.
Habaneros are pretty much my upper limit, and used with extreme restraint. I do like the lightly sweet finish on the habaneros in my chili...
I got this around Christmas in Breckenridge at a little spice shop on the main drag. Needless to say the hot is...ample. I like it in chili and on other foods like eggs and such. Just opened this bottle...the 2nd one. It don't take much to spice stuff up.
