I will say I thought something different when I read the name of this thread... While I was working with US Army Intelligence, my Lieutenant told me "Unless you have a 8-10 Reliability source, and more than one, do not use the term Al Qaeda in your briefings of attacks for the week... it will spin up people in the wrong direction. 90% of attacks on our forces are not AQ."
