I watched the video in that link, I saw what she looks like... I'd definitely say he's a victim [ROFL1]
Before I saw the video, I thought... This is every 17 year old boys fantasy, a hot Mom wanting to have some fun times with him. Then I saw the pic of the mom and thought to myself, that kid must be one ugly mofo.
I do think the word, "victim" is overused such as the descriptive word, "Extreme" for everything from firearms to soda drinks.
