if she is doing her job and doing it well who cares. there is no way the streaming radio can suck up that much bandwidth with only 3 computers running. sounds like the ISP you have now is very slow no matter what.
While frustrating, it isn't her fault. She isn't jamming out to the music, she is being respectful with the noise and does her job. what more could you want?
Ronin, were you an NCO in the military? How did you deal with all of the stupid and ugly people you encountered without being driven nearly insane?
Do you hope to move up in your father's company or someday be in a position of authority within some other organization? How do you intend to lead and motivate people who are not as smart and attractive as you or at least meet your minimum standards of intelligence and beauty?
If this employee/co-worker was a relative or spouse of someone on this board, would you be airing your need for our opinion on this pressing issue?

Typical streaming is between 32 and 64k of bandwidth so unless you're using dialup the streaming is not the core issue.
