WOW...so after eating that, did you wake up the next morning with your heart lying next to you crying? Don't get me wrong, looks delicious, but wow...
It is made of ground serloin and a little ground pork that say in soy sauce for a few hours, mixed with some egg to keep it together, a couple spices (mixed spices) from the store, fresh basil, fresh parsley, fresh minced garlic & onions from our garden, that's the middle part anyway. The bacon was applewood smoked bacon. The inside was comprised of normal sharp cheese, smoked cheese, and a couple more that my friend brought over... can't remember what they were. The legs were hotdogs, and the heads were cheddarwursts.
It was a few normal cheeses that we had to grate. That was the melted goodness. [Beer]

It was insanely delicious, easily the most amazing thing I have ever grilled. However, along with this, we each got about two thirds the way through one, and just couldn't eat any more of it. It was just too much flavor, that's the only way I can put it. I can't look at meat currently, and we did this two nights ago. [Help] The next morning I woke up and my liver hurt....
You slow cook the things, we had my grill on low with the lid open a bit. All of the crap that dripped out made for pretty big fireballs though. [Beer]
