Olympic Arms is out of Olympia in WA since '75 ish? SGW might still be in the Springs though. & MagPul has made some firearms.

If anyone is looking for a pre-historic, one of a kind rock I found several in my window well I am willing to sell for $10K cash or gold EACH.

I seem to recall Steiner has a scope factory near Greeley where they assemble and test many of their scopes for the US market.
