"Article VI, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution is known as the Supremacy Clause because it provides that the "Constitution, and the Laws of the United States … shall be the supreme Law of the Land." The 2A is not an enumerated power of congress. The 2A is supposed to prevent the central government from infringing on the right of the individual to keep and bear arms. Are you saying that if the central government can't do it, the states can't either?Quote:
