Looking in the Northglenn Service Center? I had a space rented there for a few years. Watch out they like to raise the rent on you every single year, you end up paying more as a long term tenant than new people off the street can get in there for. I'm sure thats the same everywhere though.

How does next Thursday, 1-24 sound? Fridays it packs up pretty quickly so I figure Thursday may not be as bad. If we get a consensus on it I will stop by and let them know we will have X amount of folks showing up.
