If it's an employee selling a gun, why is it inside? I suppose the answer will be for security. I've never been to (any) JAX so I don't know how safe the parking lot is. But if this is the case, you have employees with EBRs working at a place that, again, very publicly decries EBRs.

If it were a consignment being returned, if I were the customer, I would expect to walk into the store and get my rifle back, not deal with an ununiformed employee in the parking lot.

Note, I never suggested calling the cops. I said it was probably legal. But after JAX's stance on EBRs, doing any kind of dealing in EBRs out the back door definitely stinks.

Why do you keep calling them EBR's? Just wondering.

My definition of a battle rifle is something in the way of an M14, FAL, HK91, AR10. Something in the range of 7.62X51 caliber.

Because he's in favor of "sensible" gun laws. you know mandatory BG checks for ALL FIREARM TRANSACTIONS . No more FTF / private party sales etc.
