I for one can say for absolute certain that Dudley is not a graphic artist nor does he have the expertise to manipulate photos like this (why? because he was looking for gfx help). Might one of his staff performed it? Possibly, but unlikely and speculatory. The photo edit most certanly was performed by the person being sued. Are all of you daft, or just idiots? Dudley nor RMGO is being sued in this case. He is being subpoenaed as a witness.

If it was believed that Dudley edited this photo don't you believe that he would be the subject of the lawsuit?

So, it's a safe argument that he has no real involvement, yet they are subpoenaing not one, but two firearm rights organizations.

Lets see, the san fransico "packers" if we are to name a team are more associated with what political party.... oh that's right. And by far and large, save for the "pink pistols" what agenda do the vast majority of the san fransisco packer team stand for? Just in case some of the chuckleheads can't figure it out.. they don't like firearms and would love to provide DB information to some of their proponents.

You guys are attacking Dudley for a liability he wouldn't have had any awarness on, and to which the San Fransico Packers are trying to use as an opportunity to get access to privelaged lobby & firearms information. Who the fuck's side are you on?

Lack of a (C) next to an image does not even remotely mean it's not a copyrighted image. Additionally, a Google image search pulls up every image they (Google) can find on that search topic, with copyright info often being cropped off the images.

Just because every single pistol in your local gun shop doesn't explicitly say "do not steal" on it doesn't mean you can walk out the door with it without paying. While the internet has made IP theft far easier than it ever has been before, it's still very much theft.
