I read the whole manifesto. Sounds like this guy is on a witch-hunt. I hope no other innocents are hurt by or because of this guy. He doesn't sound like he will surrender.

Amen! This isn't meant to be cop bashing, but you can't have the LAPD open firing on a truck that kinda looks like the one you are looking for...let alone open fire on a truck that looks exactly like what you are looking for until you have identified the occupants. Unacceptable, and I hope the families get as much money as legally possible.
